Research & Evaluation
Mizzou ADVANCE will evaluate both its programs (i.e., STRIDE, mentoring, and theatre) and its impact or progress toward its goal (i.e., increased advancement of women faculty).
Programmatic evaluations will be conducted using the instruments developed by New Mexico State University and the University of Michigan
The overall impact of Mizzou ADVANCE will be evaluated based on institutional data and research.
In addition to the internal evaluations of the programs and the overall impact of Mizzou ADVANCE, an external evaluator will assess the program periodically. Furthermore, Mizzou ADVANCE will produce annual reports for NSF, the funding agency.
