With the benefits of mentoring come responsibilities. Mizzou ADVANCE expects mentees to:

  • Clarify expectations with your mentor
  • Commit time and energy to the mentoring process
  • Meet with your mentor at least once per month
  • Attend two brown-bag lunches per year with your mentor
